How do
I place my order?
You can
place your order online using our secure server, by fax quoting
your debit/credit card details, or by mail. Show me Leadertec contact

How can
I pay?
We accept
most major debit/credit cards, International Money Orders, or
personal cheques if you have a UK bank account. Please do not
send cash.
What
currency can I pay in?
Our products
are priced in US Dollars, which is what we prefer. If you need
a quotation in another currency email Sales@Leadertec.com for a quotation.
How safe
is my payment?
Our credit
card services are provided by Worldpay plc, the largest bank approved
internet payment processor in the world. Worldpay manage and operate
a complete range of payment systems, all delivering world class
solutions. The service is fully secure and bank endorsed, and
utilises a range of industry standard and WorldPay unique security
and fraud prevention systems, combined with fault tolerant secure
server networks and firewalls. The activities of WorldPay are
focused solely on the secure electronic collection, management,
accounting and payment of money.
The prices
look great, but what about the freight charges?
We will mail any retail
order to anywhere in the world for only $7.50. If your order value
is over $150 we will ship it completely free of charge .
How quickly
will my order be delivered?
We aim to
carry all products in stock for immediate delivery. If an item
is temporarily unavailable you will be immediately informed by
email and offered an alternative if available.
Will
I have to pay any UK taxes on my purchase?
Orders supplied to countries
within the European Union will have Value Added Tax at the current
rate of 17 .5% added to the value of the order. We're sorry, but
that's just the way it is. Don't worry though, you'll still find
our prices the lowest around. Orders supplied to countries outside
the European Union will be supplied tax free.
What
if I am disappointed?
Our products
are all of the very best quality and our aim is complete customer
satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, immediately
return it quoting your name, address and email address for an
immediate exchange or refund.
Do you
pass on my details to other companies?
Definitely
not. We value our privacy, and we know that you do too. We may
occasionally mail you details of something we feel may be of interest
to you, but that's it, period!
The store
won't accept my order, why not?
Our tackle store works using

page and does not contain any personal or credit card details.
