Everyone knows that you can use use lightsticks to attract swordfish when drifting with bait, but they work with many other species and are great for deep dropping rigs. They also make great light sources for night fishing and the red ones won't damage your night vision, one 150 mm (6") light will illuminate the deck area of a small boat! Keep a couple in your home or car for emergencies. Cyalume® lightsticks are manufactured in the USA and used by military, emergency and law enforcement agencies around the world. These lights can be attached by either the built in clip or loop and have a 6, 8 or 12 hour life once activated depending on size & colour.
